The item must be unused, unworn, and suitable for immediate resale.<br \/>\nWe cannot issue a refund for any item that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shows signs of use: If the product shows any signs of wear (e.g., stains, rips, holes, or damage).<\/li>\n<li>Is not in original condition: If the item is returned in a condition that is not acceptable for return.<\/li>\n<li>Is late: Returned after the 14-day receipt period has ended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Important Note: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, this is considered our error and you will be entitled to a full refund, including delivery costs, as detailed in the Refunds Process section.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refunds Process<\/strong><br \/>\nOnce we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. We aim to make this process smooth and efficient.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds will be made using the original method of payment you used for your online purchase.
