Peter is a self-employed web and graphic designer. Peter is married to Jane, and they have two children. Both Peter and Jane were heavily involved in the traditional and folk music scene for many years, and is an active campaigner on community issues in Galway East

He sees the need for an alternative choice in the Galway East constituency, and believes many of the constituents feel unrepresented by the current conservative TDs.
