Local Election Candidate for Killaloe

Rebecca has a keen interest in the community & voluntary sector, particularly youth work & good governance, as well as environmental & social justice issues.

Rebecca has been been active in the community & voluntary sector either as a participant or a volunteer since a young age in both Clare & Limerick. She has been volunteering with Foroige, a national youth development organisation, for the past 9 years at all levels – both locally and nationally and has also been on the board of directors in the past. She currently serve as the national representative to the governing body for Co. Clare.

Rebecca is passionate about engaging young people in their community from an early age and encouraging them to be active & participating citizens within those communities.

Rebecca wants to to see an Ireland where we view young people as present, contributing members of society rather than just the future.
